Elaine (Delarese) Alston is the Co-Owner, CEO and Founder of AlstonGS™, working alongside Dr. Davani, Co-Owner and Chairman. As a leader within DCG™ (D.C™ Global Group) and AlstonGS™–DCG™–CEES™ Corporation, Elaine drives the delivery of four core areas: acquisition lifecycle and program excellence, digital modernization and technology solutions, strategic advisory and innovation, and workforce and operations evolution. A native Washingtonian, Elaine is widely recognized for her leadership in government contracting and strategic growth. With over 30+ years of experience across public and private sectors, she specializes in helping organizations navigate the complexities of federal procurement, win new opportunities, streamline operations, and build high-performing teams.
